These terms govern access to SignalAtlas.vip, customer accounts, purchases, research delivery, support and permitted use.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and linked policies. If you purchase for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
2. Access and personal licence
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the website and purchased content for lawful internal purposes. Team sharing is permitted only for named or authorised team members covered by the order. The Licensing page and written order govern delivered research.
3. Accounts and customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information, account security, lawful instructions, authorised use of supplied material and prompt notice of suspected misuse. Do not share account credentials or submit private database credentials through the public form.
4. Orders, pricing, taxes and billing
Prices are one-time unless a product explicitly says otherwise and are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Taxes and processor charges may apply. An order starts the named scope; subject, source availability, exact research boundary and delivery timing are confirmed before work begins. Production payment processing must be configured before public launch.
5. Intellectual property and content use
The website, brand, research methods and pre-existing materials remain owned by their respective owners. Paid deliverables are licensed only as described in the order and Licensing page, subject to payment and third-party source terms. Resale, public republication, automated extraction or other commercial reuse is not permitted without written approval.
6. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt security, upload malicious material, infringe rights, commission unlawful surveillance, seek restricted personal data without a valid basis, violate privacy, attempt unauthorised access, share credentials or resell the site or reports contrary to the licence.
7. Research and outcome disclaimers
Reports are independent research materials and not legal, financial, investment, compliance or other regulated professional advice. Sources can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent or later changed. We identify material limits but do not guarantee a particular decision, transaction, profit or commercial result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalAtlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or third-party source failure. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, source-rights violations, security risk or harm to the service or others. Provisions that naturally continue—including payment, licence, disclaimer and liability terms—survive termination.
10. Updates
We may update the site, services and these terms. Material changes are posted with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future activity, subject to applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and forum must be confirmed for the production business entity before public launch. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting contact@signalatlas.vip.
12. General and contact
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These terms, the order and linked policies form the agreement for the covered activity. Questions can be sent to contact@signalatlas.vip.
